Lara Bauch is a business lawyer and Head of Legal Operations at LSWF. She is responsible for managing, optimizing and strategically advancing the firm’s operations. Her responsibilities include coordinating and developing internal processes as well as implementing and continuously improving initiatives in HR, IT and business development. She also oversees cross-departmental projects that support the firm’s long-term growth and efficiency.
