Our professional liability insurance is provided by MSIG Insurance Europe AG, An den Dominikanern 11-27, 50668 Cologne. In accordance with the special terms applicable to lawyers and patent attorneys, liability claims arising from the following activities are excluded from the insurance cover: Activities (i) in connection with advising and dealing with non-European law and (ii) of the lawyer appearing before non-European courts.

All agreements with our clients are generally subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Hamburg shall in principle have exclusive jurisdiction for any claims arising out of or in connection with such agreements.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obligated to do so.
