Katharina Swiridoff advises in the areas of trademark, design and copyright law, as well as in unfair competition and IT law. Her work includes, inter alia, strategic advice on the protection of trademark and product designs, the examination of advertising concepts, representation in trademark application, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before both the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Furthermore, Katharina represents clients in proceedings against product imitations and competition infringements. Finally, Katharina Swiridoff advises on and drafts IP- and IT-related contracts.
