Amelie advises and represents companies on trade mark strategies and in trade mark-related office proceedings. Moreover, Amelie is specialized in the area of internet law and data protection law. She assists clients with the set-up of German and international Internet platforms and e-commerce solutions, and with the drafting of all contracts and general terms and conditions, including issues of data protection. Furthermore, Amelie regularly advises on legal questions concerning sales promotion and advertising in the online and offline segment.
