We do not only assist our clients in acquisitions and sales, but also support them in their project developments (including all planning and construction contracts), in asset management and in litigation. We have particular experience with office buildings, complex mixed-use properties, logistics and light industrial properties, hotels and residential portfolios, as well as the acquisition of distressed properties from insolvency administrators or in foreclosure. Our cross-disciplinary expertise and seamless cooperation with the corporate and M&A team allows us to advise on complex share deals and M&A transactions in the real estate sector. We also have notable expertise in data center transactions of all kinds (including purchase agreements, leases and service agreements).
