Ulrike Böker specializes in the area of intellectual property (IP). She has gained specific expertise in the fields of trademark, design and copyright law as well as unfair competition law. In particular, Ulrike regularly advises and represents renowned clients in national and multinational court proceedings. She is experienced in developing worldwide strategies for trademark portfolios and represents clients in all trademark and design related Office proceedings. In addition, Ulrike drafts license and distribution agreements and advises leading companies of the consumer goods industry with respect to related topics, inter alia regarding marketing campaigns and the introduction of new products. Clients can rely on Ulrike’s profound knowledge of different industries, in particular of the fashion and the luxury goods sector, and her wide-ranging language skills.
